Our Shop minimum is 10 Shirts at $550, this includes the shirt design but “we need your vector wrap files”, it also includes us printing the films, making/burning the screens, setting up the press for both sides, clean up of the press and screens, then we ship them after a photo is taken.

Sizes Available are Youth XS – Youth XL & Adult S – Adult 5XL, larger sizes are special order.

This package does not include any upcharges for 2xl and over.

Included in the Price

  • Design - front design with 1 car on the back.
  • Setup - the setup fee for making the screens, setting the press up and cleaning the screens is part of the per shirt pricing.
  • Special Inks - if your wrap has Flo yellow, you get Flo Yellow ink used, we don't upcharge for it.
  • Double Base Coat - we lay down 2 passes of while ink giving it a double layer before the color ink goes on. 
  • 6 ink colors - we can print up to 6 ink colors front and back.
  1. First we will need your artwork “logo & wrap”, please have your graphics or wrap company email us your vector files. This is to keep from an upcharge to redraw it from photos.
  2. We will then take your wrap file and make a shirt design up to 6 ink colors front and back with 1 car on the back. Additional cars can be added, cost depending on overall wrap complexity.
  3. Once the Shirt design is done we send you the Shirt Design Proof. You can make changes within reason, full redesigns may incur additional design time fees. Once the design is approved you can then post it onto your social media pages  for pre-orders or you may give us your list of qty’s, styles and colors, we will then invoice for any difference if needed. For example: “2xl and up or special order items”.
  4. Once we know your qty’s we will order the blank shirts and start making the screens, we do this by printing the films needed for each colors to burn the image into the screen. This means no changes can be made to the design once the final qty is submitted and the blanks are ordered.
  5. Orders are completed as they come in with the exception of a few select reoccurring customers and Rush orders. During this step, you are inline for the press, once your order is next we will then load the screen on the press and get the ink flowing. Each order can take 3 days to a week to complete so it’s best to get your order in early.
  6.  In the final step your order in now finished, we will take photos, and if you selected it we will fold, bag and size tag them before boxing up the order and getting it dropped off at UPS.

Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or with functional defects. Issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
What is a Project Deposit
We have a Minimum Project Deposit for Screen print Design orders, some custom orders may require an additional charge for design time if you were not able to supply the vector file.
How do I get Started
First we will need your vector files, have your wrap guy email us any wrap files or logo files you would like on the shirts. If you do not have vector files and need to send images, please send High Resolution images. Once the files are ready we can work on the design, but first you will need to make a Project Deposit.
