About Our Ordering Process

Step 1

Build a Quote

In order to build a quote you will need to make sure you can meet the following: our minimum, have artwork, best if in an illustrator or photoshop format, know order details. 

Step 2

Invoice & Payment

Once all the details are sorted out. We will send you an invoice based on your order. If you approve it, then we can proceed with your order once a small deposit of $200 or more is made. 

Step 3

Order Begins

Once invoice has been paid for, your order process begins. We start the Project folder and let the ideas flow. Usually between 2-10 business days.

Step 4

Approve Mock Up

Approve your mock up and final artwork. Please be sure to look over all details of the mock up before approving the proof.

Step 5

We Run the Presses

Now the order is finally in production. Artwork needs to be prepped, films need to be output, screens need to be burned and finally print your wonderful products. Leave this up to us!

Step 6

Pick Up / Ship

Your order is ready! Shipping Map Times. You can choose to pick up at our London KY Location or choose for us to ship your goods. *Please note that shipping time is not included in production turn around time.

How long does it Take?

3D Products

PLEASE ALLOW a few days for production, we try and ship it fast but each item takes 5-15 hours to print, an it depends how many are ahead of you it could take a week or two.

Screen Printing

This process has many factors. From getting the files needed to organizing your list of qty and when you make your payment. We try to have orders done within 2-4 weeks.

Custom Rug

Like the ones listed above this depends on size colors and how many are in front of you. We try to have these shipped out within 2-4 weeks.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or with functional defects. Issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
What is a Project Deposit
We have a Minimum Project Deposit for Screen print Design orders, some custom orders may require an additional charge for design time if you were not able to supply the vector file.
How do I get Started
First we will need your vector files, have your wrap guy email us any wrap files or logo files you would like on the shirts. If you do not have vector files and need to send images, please send High Resolution images. Once the files are ready we can work on the design, but first you will need to make a Project Deposit.
